I purchased a DBSS HDB flat and yet to occupy it as expecting TOP mid this year. However, I intend to purchase a private condominum and understand I would not be eligible unless I occupy my HDB for 5-year already. Is that true?

Yes. You are not allowed under the HDB regulation to purchase a private property for 5 years after you receive the keys to you DBSS aprt. Read More
