i would like to buy a terrace, i check from inlis that there are 4 owners, tennacy in common in unequal shares.
Out of the 4, 1 of them actually pass away 5 yrs ago, why is his name still inside inlis search?
According to the other 3 owners, the court gsve 50% of the shares to the wife who is 1 of the existing owner and 50% to his daughter who is a minor at that time. Can i ask who is the owner now? The living 3?
Or Living 3 + Deceassed Daughter? So where to verified? The Option to purchase has to include the daughters name who is over 21? pls advise..
PS The current 3 owners are family relation and Indian race.
