If I apply for a bto flat under married child priority scheme, but within the 5 years of occupancy, my parents estate is being en bloc, can they move out of the 2km radius?

Afternoon Jolie,

If the allocated unit by HDB is more than 2km from where you are staying, you can write in to appeal. However, if your parents choose to sell the unit and move to another estate, I'm afraid you might be required to return the grant plus interest to HDB, if they even allow the case to go through.
