Is the ownership under Joint Tenancy or Tenancy in Common? If JT, the sale proceeds will be issued in 1 cashier order, with all the joint names on it. If TIC, 3 individual cheques issued in individual joint names.

1. **Joint Tenancy (JT)**: If the ownership is under Joint Tenancy, the sale proceeds will be given in the form of one cashier's order, with all the joint owners' names listed.

2. **Tenancy in Common (TIC)**: If it’s Tenancy in Common, each owner will receive their share in the form of separate cheques, with each cheque issued in the individual names of the owners.

3. **Ownership Type Matters**: The way the proceeds are paid depends on whether the ownership is under Joint Tenancy or Tenancy in Common.
