I am unsure what is the concern in your post, however, in blk 888A Tampines, I have found estimated 7 listings for sale in PropertyGuru, with prices ranging from $450k to $500k. Afternoon Mary,

Under CEA ruling, no salesperson is allow to advertise for your unit until you have given written approval or have signed the "Consent to Advertise" form.
From your statement, it's somewhat clear that you have the intention to market the unit on your own. Hence you can either call the individual salesperson and ask them to remove the ad immediately or contact CEA and bring this case up to them, if they fail to comply with your instruction.

Hi Ms Mary

It is simple...You could just contact these 4 agents on their mobile and demand that they remove your unit posting asap. Under CEA guideline for agent, no one is suppose to market the seller unit unless permission is granted.
