Hi,

Surely in Singapore any property sells. Maybe you need to relook at your pricing strategy and your exposure of your property to the market.
With better understanding of the current market situation, it will definitely be of advantage to you. However, if you are pricing too high and beyond the market, obviously you will be disappointed and deem that no buyer wants to buy your property.
Personally, if your property is in Kovan belt, surely with the strategic location and coupled with the MRT as your main strength, definitely there are scores of buyers interested. My advice to you is to relook at your pricing.
