I have completed cases for hdb sale due to divorce before and assist with the following purchase as well. I suppose you are still at the early stages of the divorce proceedings?

You can choose to decide to sell now if the flat has already fulfill MOP and both owners have an agreement on the matters relating to the sale, if not you can also wait until the court order is out to be safe.

Hi there, first of all, is the final judgement out? Are you currently still staying in the property or you have a place to transit? There is a few things to take note of. First, We have to understand the term of your judgement as well as your current financial situation, couple with your IPA (in principle approval Bank) if you haven't already done so. to get a grip on your budget. Next we will have to look at the timeline we are working with in order to facilitate a smooth transition from your current place to your new home. my suggestion would be for you to talk to a few agents and decides for yourself who is best equipped to assist you with this transition.
