My flat was renovated 9 years ago. As I am nearing the completion date for the sale of my flat, during the resale inspection by HDB, the inspector informed me that the topping up of parquet flooring on the balcony was not listed for approval 9 years ago.It doesn't make sense to reinstate by removing the parquet. If I were to reinstate the balcony, it would also breach the sales agreement with the buyer, as what they viewed is what I need to hand over. I'm uncertain about what will happen and what I can do.Thank you for your assistance."
