Owns a 4-room flat at Teban Vista since 2012. I wish to sell this unit and get another unit at Blk 25 Teban Gardens. Is this possible since the current house is barely 2 years old? I am married with 2 teenagers with a combined income of 63K per annum. Current house is my 2nd hdb unit owned but my husband is only the occupier (he used to have 2nd hdb owned in previous marriage).
