The property agent I contacted for a condo listed on property guru is not experience, when I check on CEA website , he cannot be found , he mentioned he has been selling since 2010 . He say he will be getting his license later this month. He has been showing me his listing on propertyedge and other website trying to convince me to go down for a viewing. Could other agents share how this is possible? I am not comfortable .
