I am assuming that you are referring to the aircon? If servicing has been done as per the required intervals stated in the Tenancy Agreement and the usage of the air con is responsible, the costs will usually be borne by the landlord. Not sure about your tenancy agreement but your agent representing you should be able to advise you better.
