    In the links provided, they cover what happens to the flat in event of a divorce. However, the situation above is an annulment. There will also be an intention to re-register the marriage under ROM.

    Would the advise still apply?
Hi Sir/Mdm,

If it is within the 5 years MOP, then HDB may want you to return the flat to them. However if it is after the MOP, you will be able to sell the flat in the open market but you will still need to get special permission from HDB is the renouncement is within the MOP.
