Why don’t some agents display their personal information on the propertyguru: including historical transaction records and companies, etc.? Is it a problem with the website, or does the agent not want to show it?

Not all agents like to display their track records to boast about their sales. Besides, the sales transaction record reflected in CEA also do not tell 100% of the story behind the closings. I have seen agents clocking their transactions under 1 person so that person becomes a decorated agent to attract all the calls from prospective sellers or landlords.

I believe speaking in person with the shortlisted agent will be a more critical experience in shortlisting for their services as you will know how genuine they are and how convinced their campaigns are in your perspective.
