Why the exclusive estate agency commission agreement only signed by the salesman. For win-win relationship, It should be also countersigned by supervisor of the agency. I had also noted a few small agencies has addressed most of their salesmen with many "blooming" titles like "vice President", senior vice President, Team Director which is very misleading to consumers. One particular agency, I noted has only 38 salesman but most of the salesman called themself "vice president". If there any regulation on the estate agency salesman title??? So many indian chiefs in one small agencies? no regulation of job titles ??? very misleading, consumers beware!!
