Dear Mr Hariudin,

Unfortunately no, but I must say it is an interesting option to look into. Nevertheless, the way a contract is form requires a signature. In addition, it is also good to know in person who the appointed salesperson better when there is more frequent meet up and updates. With the evolvement of technologies these days, the level of human to human contact point is getting lesser.

Let me know if my team of consultants can value add to the marketing of your property for sale or rent in anyway.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks for the answers. Reason for me asking because my agent that I engage done the resale checklist online and I log in using my singpass and told me that he is now responsible for my property. That's why I wonder whether the agreement can be done online. So he's not my exclusive agent right? And now I can engage other agents as well to market my unit?

Hi,

It is more prudent to do it physically in person as any doubts you have in the exclusive agreement, you can clarify with the agent on the spot. This will safeguard your interests better.

Are you looking for someone to market your property? Will be glad to assist and clarify your doubts. Thanks!

Warm regards,

Afternoon Hairudin,

There's currently no means to work on exclusive online, without using physical signature nor sing pass. However, you can opt to give sole agent sales to your selected sales person by form of sms or email.
