Agents KEEP telling me I need to pay commission on property's I see advertised on your site, that I wish to rent.
As it is OVER 3000 a month and the CEA say's agents cannot have duel representation why does Property Guru condone such action and not make it clear to renters about this?
So far I have had the following:
tell me it is company policy to charge TWO (2) months commission on a property I saw advertised on your site even though he was the landlords agent. So he gets paid twice. Excuse me?!
I hear the same things, such as although he represents he landlord he is also my agent so he deserves it. It is company policy, its the way things are...
And if you complain then suddenly you have no way to get in touch with the landlord, make an offer or somehow the property is gone but the listing remains up.
come on property guru how about you give a RRP and guideline on renting. Sure, (recommended retail on commission. I'm getting fed up reporting them all.
