Can agent ask the landlord to sign hard copy for finding tanant and canceled after knowing the agent fee was 1 and 1/2 mth to pay.agent NG B.k [Francis] from Prop Nex has been sending masgs for claiming half mth + gst and all ad fees why other agents they just congrat us after we got a tanant.
