Dear agents,

My wife and I are co-owners of 2 condos. The first one was purchased in Sept 2011 (Resale) and the other in Oct 2012 (TOP 2016). I would like to ask if we have plans to purchase a 3rd property, how do we go about calculating the costs that we will incur to decouple each of the units to 1 owner and freeing up the other? Thanks
