Dear Guru,
I have rented an HDB flat for 1 year contract, but after 1 month and subsequents months our rented flat is HAUNTED by a loanshark. what is the legal remedy available for me under the Singapore Law?
is the property agents who have misrepresented that said property that it is in good, peaceful and livable conditions can be sanctioned under the law.
