Dear Guru,

I would like to understand what the impact of the 4 MRTs station to Tuas Link and also NTU to build mini city on campus.

I own a Floravale unit and thinking of buying another one in the west for investment purposes.

There really isn't any freehold in the West. Therefore, I am thinking of getting either another Floravale unit or maybe other.

Any feedback?
