For a 2 storey old shophouse (within a row of a few shophouses) in a MP zoned as "residential" with mixed landed developments-is this deemed as "residential" under additional stamp duties Act recently introduced? Does this property fall under Residential or Commercial bank loans from banks? Can ground floor be used for "residential" in view of zoning? thanks!
