You may want to check the mobile number with CEA Public Register to be safe as all business mobile contact number has to be registered with CEA for agents and their CEA number will be reflected.
If you still feel uncomfortable with such arrangement, then you should avoid this listing altogether. Why go for a unit when you have already feel not right in the first place?
Anyway, as the costs of advertisement on PropertyGuru is increasingly higher and higher each year, not all marketing agents have the necessary finances to own an account thus they maybe looking for partners to share an account or get partners to help listing a property for them, but on the part when an agent refuses to provide their CEA number, I do not know why is he or she doing this.
