Hi all, I'm currently the co-owner with my mother of a 4-room HDB flat in Yishun. Wanted to apply for BTO with my mother as the occupier and sell off the current flat. My question is if I managed to get a BTO flat that will be completed in 2021. What will happen if I get married before getting the key for the BTO, am I still eligible for the BTO? Thank you.
