Hi Guru, When agent ask me about the upgrading lift, i told her it has been 3 years since and i remember authorizing to pay thru CPF. a potential PR buyer.. They signed the OTP. 1st appt , Resale officer mentioned that the lift is still pending for payment, but yet the Buyers still proceed to sign the buying, and approach me to discuss on the lift issue. I offer to help to meet my MP to reprent me by getting HDB to bill me ASAP . Unfortunatly, the reply come back from HDB, saying that the precint is still waiting for Final Billing before can deduct the subside rate from owners. Right now, my buyer plan not proceed with the 2nd appt. he has not appear at his lawyer office to make the balance payment and he wants to arrange a Cashback 30kmutual agreement in lawyers presence to pay lift . I told him that this is illegal. I do not want to proceed with his suggestion. Also i am angry with my and his agent. Both very stupid never check on this upgrading payment before all this How now?

I didnt know that its takes forever for billing. I assume that it has been paid..
Both agent dont want to say that they are at fault,
My agent didnt confirm on the lift payment status.
Buyer agent also never check on the lift payment .
As for me,i already have a 2nd appt for my new resale flat which already schedule 10days from completion of this current flat which is 3days away from today.
Now everything so messy.
1st Buyer want to back out.
And next my Banker say if resale never goes thru intime.. I have to take out 30% cash + 10% CPF for my new resale flat and iam eligible for 60% loan if this happen. I want to faint already. Any suggestion on what should i do? This resale cannot be cancel.
I cannot rely on the agent As you can see now, both me and buyer has got a lousy agents.
