Hi guru's... would like to know... If i want to sell away my flat at yishun Blk 772 4S newly simple Renovated With bath tub and 3 points hot tap on june 2010, Can i manage to sell at $370K? I only left $30k HDB Loan 1st time buyer and 2nd owner to the house.. And regard's to my wife she's a 3rd owner in her parent's house due to financial help for her family but she's going to pull out her ownership next year and HDB told her she will still consider a new buyer for the next house house.. So will she get the HDB grant for our next house? as for me confirm i won't have any grant right due to my 1st house if sold.. How much grant will we get? And as for Con-Joint HDB Flats like 5bedrooms,2 living rm, 2 Main door,4 Toilets.. That's mean Corner is like 4rm flat then the corridor is 3rm flat joint up together.. Can i buy it at $450k at Yishun? how much is the interest for hdb loan?

Hi Anzley Hasnul,

Pertaining to your question on selling price for your unit, I believe that fetching $370k for selling should not be a problem, however, it would be better if we can make arrangement for me to take a look at your unit before giving more detailed opinions.

As for your questions with regards to HDB loan, interest rates and housing grant, the best advise you can actually seek from is HDB.

As for the last question of purchasing adjoining units, the number of such units available are few and far between. $450k which you have mentioned could be an estimated figure which could be possible.
