hi, i am SG citizen, above 35 years - single.
i want to buy an EC in the resale market in single name. Is this possible? If yes which ones am I eligible to buy ? Though my preferred location is East, I am flexible on this. Hope to hear back soon. I am looking for 2/3 room unit.

Yes, you can buy EC.

Some EC in the East are Eastvale and Whitewater in Pasir Ris and Eden in Tampines.

Afternoon,

For resale EC, you are eligible to purchase it after age of 21. Thus I don't foresee any issues on that. As at the moment, there are units available in Pinevale, Simei Green, Whitewater and Eden, going between $940k to $1.34 mil, based on unit's iszing.
