Hi, I'm a divorcee with child's custody. Have taken over sole ownership of the matrimonial (4rm) flat. Can I sell the flat shortly after the transfer of ownership, to purchase a resale (3rm) flat near to where my parents are residing? What are the procedures like and costs (etc levy) I need to bear?
