Hi Im currently residing at Blk 210 Hougang St 21 #04 (3A)and is planning of selling it away once Ive completed the 5 years MOP, March 2013. How much does my flat worth (Value). No renovation done since I step in and lift upgrading going on and will be ready early year.

Morning Nancy,

For Blk 210, I gathered there are different unit size for 3A unit, 78 and 92sqm. Due to the difference in sizing, the valuation will also defer. Their estimated valuation should range from $340k to $385k, as of today's market.

Hi Nancy,

In August, we marketed a 3A at blk 241, beside Yu Ying Sec and the valuation then was $352K. Base on the fact your blk is so much nearer to the MRT, I believe it will be even higher but still let's do a official valuation to determine the ideal selling price for your consideration.
