hi, my wife is a PR while i'm an EP holder, we're both 35 yrs old.

are we allowed to buy a HDB unit or do both of us need to be PRs?

Morning,

Both buyers need to be SPR or one SC with another SPR to purchase resale HDB units. Alternatively, you can opt for private property.
