I moved out of my partmennt after 2 years when my contract got over. I painted the partment and got it deep cleaned but agent is not happy and his behaviour changed completely. He is very fussy about every thing out even the small spot. He want my entire deposite. What is the right way to tackle such situation.

What is the agent unhappy about?

If the apartment is not clean, your cleaner should return and do a more thorough job, this is what I have always tell my tenants, that they should engage professional cleaners who will return to touch up wherever shortfall their cleaning is, instead of finding cleaners who charge low fees for cleaning, do a less than ideal job.
