Afternoon,

Prior to Khaw, Mr. Ma had also released alot of units. However, the property prices still continue to raise. As long as Mr. Khaw do not over built, like what Mr. Ma had done before, the property price should be quite stable.
The only issue is the increase of income ceiling. This will allow first time HDB owners, who earn more than $8k, to comfortably move into purchase of HDB, using HDB loan. Hence, this will cut a small portion of buyers from private sector.
That's my view and perception.
