If you have sold your property, with the upcoming purchased bought under husband and wife and your only property in holding, no ABSD is required.

Hi Jane,

You will be subject to 5% ABSD because one of you is a SPR but ABSD relief will be provided for joint purchases by married couples with at least one SC. Thus overall effect is nil.

From registration to take up RES to registration to start practising, you are looking at a generic cost of $2000 up front. If you are purely looking at marketing costs, then may I ask if you already have units in the pipeline for your marketing? Or are you intending to start out doing project marketing?
