We are looking for a place to rent, do we need to pay an agent? Because have talked to several agents some they charge and some do not. Those who are the owners agent and they look for us they dont charge us for the agent fee, because the landlord pays the agent, please clarify. Thanks

Dear sir/ mdm,

The existing regulation stipulates that agents can only represent and collect commision for either one party only. i may have suitable retail or shophouse units for your needs. Please call 81889509  for details.
