When I told my broker that due to current complication I have to delay e sales of my condo, he imposed a marketing fee on me, which is fair.
However, funnily, when ask to breakdown the fees, one glaring fee was for a platinum advertisement in Property Guru at $960 per annum for 100 listing.
Now at this point i felt insulted as that fella must have thought I'm that stupid.I'm so pissed I just want to terminate my exclusive.
Can I base on this incident to terminate the exclusive? My worries are that the exclusive as i read it generally are pen down to the broker's advantage.
Should I report him to SAEA or IEA? Does what he did consider a breach of conduct?
