We have signed for a OTP and resale appt fixed in May.
However upoon inspection there are some unauthorized reno works.
Understand that it's seller's responsibility, however buyer is willing to re-instate to HDB approved original design but that would be a far cry for the amount of COV and purchase price considering we factored in the reno that has been done by the seller.
How is it usually resolved?
Can we as buyer reject the flat on handover since it is alot different from the original that we saw.
