Dear all,

I am a buyer of a resale flat. Status of the purchase: Option excercised and I have received the 1st appointment letter from HDB.

The problem: Seller wants to back off the deal.

Please help to advise my legal rights.
I need the unit for getting married, also heavy cost for bank loan penalty due to lock in period and etc.
