We are working professional holding SPass and rented a flat. We encountered a few upsetting events with Agent during our 2 years rental period. We did not request anything from the day we took over the unit and no compliant at all. We took care of the unit well. 1. We informed the Agent that the Aircon service vendor they put in the contract was not servicing properly which will makes Aircon spoiled so we want to use the good servicing then we received long sms from Agent that we were the only tenant complaint about Aircon. 2. All along new tenant viewing, agent never ever came along with the viewing appointments with their future tenants, and we have to show around the house for all the viewing tenants. 3. We switched to Senoko services and we need to pay Early termination if we terminate as per our contract. So we seek favor to agent whether can wait until our contract end dates which was 3 weeks after our handover. Unfortunately, agent turned down our request. Sorry a bit too long for our story. 4. For handing over date, agent kept on changing the dates which we cannot make it. So for above points do we have enough ground to complaint?
