hi, i divorce with my ex husband 6years ago and still staying at our matrimonial house since i caught him infidelity a few years ago. We had 2 boys and now that i have remarried with a new husband and had 1 babygirl. we are waiting for our HLE result and my ex husband is angry and ask my new husband to get out as the house is still under my name and his name only. Is it legal that my new husband to staying with me since i am also the owner to the house? My ex says that he wanted to call the police and chase my new husband out. I am the 2nd owner and i amstaying with my new husband there. anything wrong w that?
