I have an agent representing me in the search for a resale condo. But when contacting one seller's agent, she replied with "this unit is not open for cobroking." Is this allowed or even legal? Sure seems like the agent is not acting in the interests of the owners.

Hi Yanxi,

According to CEA, that seller agent can be charged as he or she is not protecting the interest of his or her seller.
