I'm a buyer, and currently involved in a contra transaction with the unit owner. The owner's agent suggest that we provide 30 days after 2nd appointment for the owner to stay while he renovates the other new unit.

But doing so, isn't it saying i'm paying for his one month free lodging with my CPF? His agent said that this is a very normal practice in contra transaction.

Is this true? What if the owner does not move out after 30 days? What can i do?
