May I know if I can pay half of the agreed commission? I do appreciate the agent help in negotiating the price and other matters before the registration was accepted by HDB. Her attitude change after submitting all related documents to HDB for acceptance. She gave the wrong advice when I was requested by HDB for more document. When I am facing some upcoming HIP on the new house, my agent did not even bother to help. I help myself by writing to HDB. In fact this time one staff from HDB really help me alot. I thought agent should try their best to help. Please advice.
