We are married, both SPR for more than 3 years. How much cash/cpf up-front we need to prepare for purchasing our first 500k resale HDB accordance to the latest HDB cooling measures?

Afternoon SC,

Depending on how much loan both of you can get, along with the CPF OA at hand, the amount of cash required might defer. Another factor that would determine the cash component is the location. Some location are still asking for high COV than others.

    Let's say household income of 8k + no existing loan, combined CPF OA of 70k. Assuming 10k COV, what is the break down of cash needed?
    Can the ABSD be paid using CPF OA? If loan period is 30 years how many % can I borrow from bank?
