Morning,

Since you are above 35 years old, your spouse need to have Work Pass of Visit Pass that's valid at point of submission. If you are under 35 years old, your spouse need to have long term visit pass or Work Pass of at least 6 months.

As for what type of resale unit you are eligible to purchase, there's no restriction. It would based purely on your income and credit status, how much loan you can get and loan tenure.
