Hi there! This is the situation, the house' ceiling has a water leakage at living room, lately on my master bedroom and a lot of droplets are being seen. Makes 1 normal size bucket in a day approximately. Due to that, I refrain everyone not to turn on any lightings in the living room, study room and dining room. This was started since Feb 2024 and on going til March 2024 (fyi, we phyisically left the house with the owner's consent via agent last 25 Mar - totally moved out). Please be informed that on our house that we are being rented previously, we only liaise with agent and this guys never grant us to talk to the owner for the first and last time. I dont know why? My intention is to expedite the discussion cos it it seems that this agent is pressing the time. In fact, I only asked to reimburse us the 27 to 31 March 2024 as we're not there anymore since 25 March 2024. (Be informed that the 2 months deposits were already issued to us today). Please advise. Thank you.
